  1. The LOGMASTER program (LM.EXE) and its associated files are copyrighted by
  2. FUNDAMENTAL SERVICES and remain the property of FUNDAMENTAL SERVICES.

  5. Use the program to your satisfaction. If you intend to continue using it, pay
  6. the license fee of $9.95 for EACH log you desire, $14.95 for any two logs,
  7. and $19.95 for all three logs when you register them at the same time.

  9. With your registration you will be notified of the availability of any future
  10. releases of the program. This shareware version of LM.EXE will allow a
  11. maximum of 15 entries in each log. The registered version does not have this
  12. limitation.

  18. We invite your comments, suggestions, and reports of any problems you might
  19. run into.

  21. You may copy the files to a hard disk if you like. Put all the LOGMASTER files
  22. in its own directory.
  23.  
  24. To run the program just enter LM or GO at the DOS prompt.
  25.  
  26. There is no formal documentation associated with this program. It is all menu
  27. driven and self prompting. Your functional options are listed at the bottom of
  28. each log screen and are activated by the PROGRAM FUNCTION keys.

  30. The FIRST thing you need to do is to enter your personalization data. This is
  31. done by pressing <F10> of the main menu. When the personalization screen is
  32. displayed, SELECT BY NUMBER the item you wish to change. After all changes are
  33. made, press <F10> to write the changes to disk. You may exit without writing
  34. anything to disk by pressing the <ESC> key.

  36. LOGGING FUNCTIONS

  38. <F1> ADD
  39. 1. Select the desired log from the main menu. You may use the "navigation"
  40.    keys to select the particular entry you wish to display. The active keys
  41.    are <UP>, <DOW>, <PGUP>, <PGDN>, <HOME>, and <END>. 
  42. 2. The first thing you have to do is to add a log entry.
  43.    Using the <F1> ADD function, key in the data as you are prompted.

  45. <F2> PRINT
  46. 1. After you have some data in your log(s), you can print the data. The <F2>
  47.    key will present you with the PRINT SCREEN. Select the desired print
  48.    option as prompted. After printing is complete, the LOG screen will be
  49.    displayed.

  51. <F3> BROWSE
  52. The BROWSE function displays your data differently. You are able to view the
  53. first few fields of up to sixteen entries an a single screen. This is to help
  54. you find a particular log entry. You may select that entry throught the use of
  55. the UP, DOWN, PGUP, PGDN, HOME, and END keys.

  57. <F10> WRITE
  58. If you change any log entry, you MUST press <F10> to write the changed data
  59. to disk for permanent recording. If you do not write the data to disk, the
  60. changes will not be saved.

  62. <ESC> MENU
  63. The ESCAPE key will take you back to the main menu. If you are at the main
  64. menu, the EXCAPE key will EXIT the program.
